Lee Maracle (Canada) is the author of a number of critically acclaimed literary works, including Sojourner’s and Sundogs, Ravensong and I Am Woman. She is also the co-editor of a number of several anthologies, including the award-winning publication My Home As I Remember. She is currently the Distinguished Visiting Professor of Canadian Culture at Western Washington University. Born in North Vancouver, she is a member of the Sto: Loh nation. Maracle presents First Wives Club: Coast Salish Style, a collection of humorous and emotional short stories that share the life experiences of an Aboriginal woman, a university professor, an activist, and a single mother.
