Tag Archives: Haggadah
For those who used a Haggadah on the weekend, the new one by Jonathan Safran Foer and Nathan Englander is definitely worth checking out, even if only for the beautiful watercolour washes and letterforms. (For those who don’t know, the Haggadah is the Jewish text read during the holiday of Passover.)
Englander was just at Harbourfront Centre, as part of the 38th season of AUTHORS. He read from his new collection of short stories entitled What We Talk About When We Talk About Anne Frank – also worth checking out!
You can read a review of the New American Haggadah in the National Post’s blog, The Afterword.
